The problem
The store carries a very large catalogue of outdoor living products: fire pits, grills, patio heaters, saunas, and the collection pages that group them. On a catalogue this size, new products pile up faster than Google chooses to crawl and index them, so hundreds of real product pages sat invisible in search while the store kept adding more.
What I did
- Pulled all 1,300 catalogue URLs from Search Console and classified each one by index status
- Submitted the priority collections and best-selling products first, where the revenue is
- Worked down the long tail of product pages, tracking each URL until it flipped to indexed
- Built a per-URL ledger so the client can watch coverage grow as the catalogue changes
- Reached 899 indexed and kept the number climbing, all by hand rather than with indexing bots

On the record
- 1,300 catalogue URLs tracked, product by product
- 899 indexed at last snapshot, about 69 percent, and climbing
- Priority collections and best-selling products submitted first
- Large Shopify catalogue handled by hand, no automated indexing tools
