The problem
The store sells home saunas and recovery equipment, a focused catalogue of products and the collections that group them. Even at this size, new and updated product pages do not always get crawled and kept in Google’s index, so a share of the catalogue was missing from search when the work started.
What I did
- Pulled every product and collection URL from Search Console and classified its index status
- Submitted the sauna and recovery product pages first, since those carry the buying searches
- Tracked each URL until it flipped to indexed, then kept watching for pages that slipped back out
- Built a per-URL ledger so the client can see exactly what is indexed and what is pending
- Kept the account under ongoing monthly review, reaching 88 percent indexed

On the record
- 134 catalogue URLs tracked across products and collections
- 118 indexed at last snapshot, 88 percent
- Sauna and recovery product pages prioritized
- Kept under ongoing monthly review as the catalogue changes
