The problem
The studio’s site carries its classes, personal training options, timetable, and membership pages: everything a prospective member checks before signing up. Local fitness pages only bring in members once they rank, and a few important pages sat crawled but not indexed when the work began.
What I did
- Pulled all 73 URLs from Search Console and classified each one by index status
- Submitted the class and training pages first, where the sign-ups come from
- Tracked each URL until it flipped to indexed, leaving nothing crawled but unindexed
- Built a per-URL ledger so the studio can see exactly what is live in Google
- Reached 71 of 73 indexed, 97 percent, with the rest submitted and tracked
