The problem
The dietitian runs one practice site in three languages, English, French, and Ukrainian, with online booking on each. Multilingual sites often index unevenly: one language does fine while the others sit crawled but not indexed, quietly cutting off clients who search in those languages. Every version needed to be findable.
What I did
- Pulled every URL from Search Console and grouped it by language to check each version separately
- Submitted the booking and consultation pages first, in all three languages
- Tracked each URL until it flipped to indexed, watching for one language lagging behind
- Built a per-URL ledger covering all three versions so the client can compare coverage
- Reached all 220 tracked URLs indexed, a full 100 percent

On the record
- 220 URLs tracked across three language versions
- All 220 indexed at last snapshot, a full 100 percent
- Booking and consultation pages indexed in every language
- A practice site where every language version is fully in Google
