The problem
The center offers cognitive behavioral therapy and publishes a large library of articles alongside its service pages. For a clinic, an unindexed service page is a client who never finds them, and an unindexed article is trust left on the table. Both needed to be reliably in Google.
What I did
- Pulled all 117 service and article URLs from Search Console and classified each one
- Submitted the service pages first, where new clients come from, then the articles
- Tracked each URL until it flipped to indexed, leaving nothing crawled but unindexed
- Re-checked the library as new articles were published, submitting the new pages
- Reached all 117 tracked URLs indexed, a full 100 percent
